Session 4 - Our Bodies Unto Holiness, Holiness - 1 Corinthians 6:14-20 - John Ajami - FYR 2023

When you first believed, you were joined with Christ. How was your life altered? How did this affect Christ?
Read Gen: 39:6-12: Why did Joseph flee?
What things are appropriate (and not appropriate) to do or have in the temple of God?
What does it mean: "you are not your own?? Can someone find true liberty and not belong to God?
We ought to glorify God in our bodies (T/F). If selfishness is your way of life, are you a slave to sin, or worse a slave to Satan?
What are the two mighty motives for holiness set forth in the verses we have been considering? Select 2 of the four:
- God will give me blessings on earth for being obedient.
- The value of Christ's blood.
- I don't want to disappoint my parents/family/friends.
- The fact that we are the temple of the Holy Spirit.
